Please be aware that shipping time is an estimate only and during busy periods shipping may take longer.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Please note it may take up to 4 working days before your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver next day or on a Saturday?

We are currently unable to offer a next day or Saturday delivery services; if this changes we will make our customers aware.


My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived when you expected then you can contact us at quoting your order number. We will respond as soon as possible and try to resolve the issue.


I’m not going to be home to sign for my order, is this a problem?

You are not required to sign for your TrendTwo order. If you are not home when your delivery arrives the parcel will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, if neither of these options are available you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order.


Can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your delivery.


Can I change my delivery address?

You can email before you receive your dispatch email. Please provide your order number, previous delivery address, and new delivery address in your email. Please note we may not get your email before your order is dispatched, if this is the case and your order has been sent to the original address we will email you to let you know.



How do I return my order?

If you are not happy with your TrendTwo order you can post it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or an exchange**. Your order must still have all the original tags and must not have been worn. If you find a fault with your item you must inform us by emailing with details of the problem within 7 days.


** You may exchange a faulty product, or a product that you are unhappy with the fit of, for a different size, or replacement, of the same product.
